2. Our Response to Infringement Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to investigate the claim. Our response may include one or more of the following actions:
Content removal or restriction: We may remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice.
User notification: We may notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed or restricted.
Account action: In cases of repeated infringement, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original complainant does not file a court action within the applicable statutory period, we may restore the removed material at our discretion.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Luckydealwave maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had content removed from the platform on more than two occasions.
We reserve the right to make this determination at our sole discretion and to take action accordingly, including permanent account suspension without prior notice.
5. Misuse of the DMCA Process
Any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or that content was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability under applicable law. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party who abuses the DMCA notification process.
We will not process notices that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted in bad faith. Repeated submission of invalid or abusive notices may result in those notices being disregarded.
